&lt;li&gt;2 small courgettes, chopped into bite sized pieces&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Red onion&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;200g tenderstem broccoli&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;200 cherry tomatoes&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;4 tbsp olive oil&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 tsp salt&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tsp smoked paprika&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;5 fresh sage leaves, chopped&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 rosemary sprigs&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;4 garlic cloves, minced

&lt;li&gt;3 garlic cloves&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Can of chopped tomatoes 400g&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 tbsp vodka&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 oxo stock cube&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2-1 tbsp brown sugar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/4 tsp salt&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1.5 tbsp tomato puree&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Add in your vodka, sugar, tomatoes, salt and puree. Simmer for 5 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add in your cashew cream and allow to thicken a bit. Season to taste.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Serve with basil and cheese.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;1/2 tsp salt&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tbsp nutritional yeast
